Ingredients

Recommended use
Adults: start with 1 capsule daily. The manufacturer recommends 1 capsule one to three times daily with food, up to a maximum of 3 capsules daily.
You may take a capsule with your evening meal and swallow with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
