Loyalty program

You must be a registered customer to earn points. You earn points for every purchase, product star rating, and reviews.

You earn 1 point for:
a purchase worth €10
1 review
1 rating

The value of 1 point is €0.50.

Example:
You buy goods for €100. You earn 10 points (100 / 10 = 10 points).

You then add a review and a product rating, for which you earn another 2 points.

You have a total of 12 points that you can use as a €6 discount on your next purchase.

Important information

Points are credited after the order is delivered, when the order is marked as delivered (usually within 7 days).
Points can only be redeemed for products, not for shipping.
Points can be used in full.
Points are valid for 150 days from the time they are credited.

Point redemption procedure

Add the goods to the cart and click "Go to cart".
Check the "Redeem loyalty points" option.
Enter the number of points you want to use.
The system will automatically calculate the discount.
Loyalty program terms

The loyalty program is intended for registered e-shop customers.
For every €10 purchase, the customer receives 1 point (€0.50).
Points are credited after the order is delivered.
Points can be redeemed for the next purchase in full.
Points are valid for 150 days from the date they are credited.
Points can also be earned for rating or reviewing a product (1 point for each activity).
Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
Points cannot be earned for purchases made without registering and logging into an account.
The operator reserves the right to modify or terminate the program.
