Ingredients and allergens

Bacterial cultures listed in the table, omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil, L-lysine, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. Capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and gellan gum.

Allergen: fish. Not suitable for vegans.

Recommended use

Adults: take 2 capsules daily in the morning with plenty of water.

According to the product instructions, the capsule may be opened and its contents mixed into a drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Pack size and storage

60 capsules. One pack lasts 30 days at 2 capsules daily.
