Do not take on an empty stomach. They are unsuitable for people under 18 or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Total daily EGCG intake must remain below 800 mg; this limit is not a recommended dose.

Hair, Skin & Nails contains 1,000 mg bovine collagen per 15 ml. Collagen HAIR contains 2,500 mg fish collagen per 25 ml. Other ingredients and warnings also differ; more collagen alone does not establish a better effect.
Is Woman Multivitamin another collagen drink?
No. It is a multivitamin formula without collagen. It contains biotin, zinc and selenium, but also 50 mg caffeine per daily serving of 15 ml.
Does maintaining normal hair mean stopping hair loss?
