Multiply filtered water, hydrolysed fish collagen types I and III, inositol, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), vitamin E, vitamin C, acidity regulator (citric acid), zinc, calcium pantothenate, hyaluronic acid, niacin, silicon dioxide, coenzyme Q10, green tea powder, blueberry powder, cranberry powder, ashwagandha powder, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), natural flavouring (orange, strawberry), biotin, vitamin A, copper, xanthan gum, sweeteners (steviol glycosides, sucralose, acesulfame K), folic acid, vitamin B12, selenium.
Allergen: fish. Contains sweeteners. Contains green tea; each daily serving contains 10 mg of caffeine and 15 mg of EGCG.
Directions and warnings
Recommended daily serving: 25 ml per day. Shake before use. A 500 ml bottle provides 20 daily servings. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Take with or after food; do not take on an empty stomach.
