Swedish Collagen MAX 500 ml comes with three white Swedish Nutra skincare products: Retinol Serum, Day Cream and Night Cream. Each cosmetic product contains 50 ml. A set pairing a food supplement with facial care.
Inside the set
Liquid food supplement. A recommended 25 ml serving contains 15,000 mg of hydrolysed marine collagen from fish; the bottle provides 20 servings.
Serum with retinol, hyaluronic acid, vitamins C and E, and aloe vera. Apply to cleansed skin before cream as directed.
White Swedish Nutra day cream with retinol, vitamin E, jojoba oil, aloe vera and shea butter.

How to use the set
MORNING: Apply Day Cream to cleansed skin and use SPF protection during the day. Take MAX with food at the recommended serving of 25 ml.
EVENING: Apply serum to cleansed skin, then Night Cream. As several skincare products contain retinol, introduce them gradually according to their labels and watch how your skin responds.

Is the collagen in MAX the same as the skincare ingredients?
