Directions

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you are taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use. This applies particularly if you have high blood pressure or a thyroid condition, or are taking antidepressants or blood-thinning medication. Contains soya.
As this product also contains green tea extract, do not take it on an empty stomach or on the same day as other products containing green tea extract. Total daily intake of EGCG from green tea must remain below 800 mg. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
