The daily serving for adults contains vitamin C 80 mg, D3 50 µg, zinc 10 mg and selenium 100 µg. Compared with the listed serving of Swedish Essentials, it declares higher amounts of vitamin D and selenium; the vitamin C and zinc amounts are the same.

The formula also includes vitamins E and K2, plant and mushroom extracts, NAC, coenzyme Q10 and PQQ. The acerola extract amount is 320 mg, while the declared vitamin C it provides is 80 mg.

Not intended for children or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not take on an empty stomach or on the same day as other products containing green tea. If you take medication or have a medical condition, seek advice before use and follow all product warnings.

Rosita Extra Virgin · 150 ml

Cod liver oil contains vitamins A and D and omega-3 fatty acids. For a daily serving of 5 ml the product page lists EPA 443 mg and DHA 605 mg.

For this ranking, we count vitamins A and D. Omega-3 is not counted as an additional vitamin or mineral for immune function. Rosita has a different nutrient profile from a multivitamin complex.

The product is intended for adults and is derived from fish. Check the vitamin A and D amounts on the current label, especially when combining supplements. If you are pregnant, discuss whether cod liver oil is suitable with your doctor.

KingManPro · 120 capsules

A serving of 2 capsules declares vitamin C 100 mg. The formula also includes vitamin E 30 mg, myo-inositol, plant and mushroom extracts, and nattokinase.

Vitamin C is counted in the immune function ranking. The presence of other extracts alone does not demonstrate that the product provides a wider range of nutrients for immune function than the complexes listed above.

Contains soya-derived ingredients. Not intended for children or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a doctor if you take medication that affects blood clotting or have an autoimmune condition.

KINGwoman Balance · 120 capsules

A serving of 2 capsules contains vitamin B6 3 mg and magnesium 70 mg. The formula also includes plant extracts.

Vitamin B6 is counted in this ranking. Magnesium has other authorised function claims and does not increase the count of nutrients with an immune function claim. The product is aimed at women’s balance and vitality.

BestVital colostrum

Colostrum is an animal-derived product with a different composition from multivitamins. It cannot be placed in this ranking based only on its name or the presence of milk-derived components.
