Arginine is one of a large number of amino acids, substances that are absolutely necessary for the proper development and growth of a person. This amino acid is considered semi-essential, which means that it must be taken from food in at least a small amount, because the body is not always able to produce a sufficient amount of this substance.

In the human body, it performs an important function in the formation of nitric oxide and creatine, which is especially important in the phase of muscle mass growth. The latest research shows that arginine can in certain cases increase the levels of growth hormone in the human body and can also lower blood pressure.

Arginine capsules - nutritional supplement

Ingredients: L-arginine, gelatin capsule, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate of plant origin.

Warning: The preparation is not suitable for children, persons under 18 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. The nutritional supplement must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of the reach of small children. The established recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.

Storage: Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight at temperatures of 6-25°C. Do not expose to frost or moisture.

Dosage: drink 1 capsule twice a day with a sufficient amount of water. Ideally, 1 capsule an hour before training and 1 capsule before bed.

Recommended daily dose: 2 capsules
