Iron + B Complex – 500 ml
Swedish Nutra Iron + B Complex is a liquid food supplement with iron and vitamins C, B1, B2, B6, B9 and B12. Daily serving varies by age: 5 ml for ages 3–7, 10 ml for ages 8–15 and 20 ml for ages 16 and over. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin; vitamin C increases iron absorption.

Directions and important warnings
Ages 3–7: 5 ml daily (about 100 days per bottle). Ages 8–15: 10 ml daily (about 50 days). Ages 16+: 20 ml daily (25 days). Do not give to children under 3. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
