Collagen contains the amino acids glycine, proline, alanine, hydroxyproline, glutamic acid, arginine, aspartic acid, serine, lysine, leucine, valine, threonine, phenylalanine, isoleucine, hydroxylysine, methionine, histidine, tyrosine and cysteine.

Adults aged 18 and over: 15 ml once daily with a meal. Shake before use. Measure the serving with the measuring cup. Maximum one 15 ml serving daily. Do not take on an empty stomach or exceed the recommended daily dose.
The 500 ml pack contains 33 full daily servings of 15 ml, with 5 ml remaining.
Important warnings
- Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
