Vitamin A has always been associated with vision and healthy skin. Helps relieve eye fatigue. It is suitable for people who spend a lot of time in front of the screen and in other jobs that strain the eyes. Lack of vitamin A causes night blindness - if a person has enough vitamin A, he can see at least partially at night. However, if he lacks vitamin A, this ability is lost and he is easily blinded by light (e.g. oncoming cars).
