Model MR-1821 combines two treatment heads and three separate programmes. The spring-loaded head operates in SONIC and RF modes; the V-roller uses EMS microcurrent. The device complements regular home cosmetic care for healthy skin.
Three modes and two heads
Skin cleansing
Ultrasound and positive ions with the spring-loaded head and a moistened cosmetic cotton pad. Use water, facial lotion, toner or a cleanser suitable for your skin.
Automatic timer: 3 minutes
Care with skincare products
Radiofrequency and negative ions with the spring-loaded head. Use a suitable conductive hyaluronic gel, serum or concentrate. Do not use cream or oil.
Automatic timer: 5 minutes
Microcurrent massage
EMS microcurrent and the V-roller provide cosmetic massage and gentle stimulation of facial muscles. Use conductive or hyaluronic gel. Hold the roller perpendicular to the skin and touch the conductive sensor on the handle.

Skin appearance depends on its initial condition, skincare products, technique and regularity of use. The device is not a medical device and is not intended to treat disease.
How to use the device
- Read the complete instructions, including contraindications, before first use. USB-C charging takes approximately 3 hours. Disconnect the device from charging before use.
- Remove makeup and cleanse the skin. Use only on healthy skin.
- Hold the button for approximately 2 seconds to switch on. Short presses cycle through SONIC → RF → EMS.
- Use SONIC with a moistened cotton pad; RF and EMS with conductive hyaluronic gel or serum. Do not use a cotton pad with RF.
- Move the head smoothly without pressure. Keep the skin moist and do not linger in one place.
- After use, wipe with a damp cloth and dry. Do not immerse or wash under running water.
- Apply facial cream as the final step, after RF, EMS and ultrasound modes have been switched off.
According to the supplied instructions: use individual modes 2–3 times a week, no more than once a day. For sensitive skin, start no more than once a week or according to skin tolerance.
Gels and serums by mode
For RF and EMS, choose a water-based conductive cosmetic product. Keep the skin moist throughout use. If the product dries, add a small amount of water or gel.

Follow the complete instructions before use. If you have health problems, take medication or are unsure about suitability, consult a doctor. According to the supplied documentation, do not use the device particularly:
- During pregnancy, breastfeeding or menstruation.
- With a pacemaker or implanted organ.
- With cancer, tuberculosis, chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
- With fever, inflammation, acute infection or an acute skin condition.
- On damaged, burned or otherwise unhealthy skin.
- On surgical scars within the first three months after surgery.
- With ischaemic heart disease, arrhythmia, a clotting disorder, severe circulatory problems or another serious internal disease.
- With a neurological, autoimmune or acute rheumatic disease.
- When taking cortisone or medication that increases sensitivity to light.
- With an allergy to metals, temperature changes or electromagnetic waves.
Do not treat the eyeballs, eyelids, lips, thyroid area, brain, spine or spinal cord area, gonads, or areas of intensive growth in children and adolescents. Do not use ultrasound on or immediately around the eyeball. The device is intended for adults and healthy skin only. Stop immediately if you feel pain or significant discomfort.
