A. Terms of Delivery

1. Ordering of products

To order products, please use the sales cart and order form on our website. By sending the order you confirm its validity. KINGRAY s.r.o. shall send you an e-mail confirmation of receiving your order, containing all items listed in your order form..

2. Delivery of products

Orders are delivered by couriers of Slovak Parcel Service (UPS), Slovenská pošta (Slovak Post), TNT or In time, or other company if required. The courier contacts you by phone and delivers the products you ordered on our website to your stated address. The standard delivery period within Slovakia is 24 hours during workdays. The available ordered goods will be dispatched 3 workdays from receiving your order at the laters. Other goods will be dispatched no later than the date stated next to their price.

3. Methods of payment

Depending on the country of delivery, one or more of the following are possible:
Cash on delivery for Slovakia and Czech Republic
Account transfer/deposit for all EU countries

Paypal for all EU countries except Slovakia

4. Product prices

KINGRAY s.r.o. guarantees the price stated in the order if it is paid correctly using the method of payment chosen in the order form. KINGRAY s.r.o. reserves the right to change prices upon prior notice in any other cases.

5. Personal data potection

KINGRAY s.r.o. resolves to treat any personal information as discreet and not to publish it or provide it to a third party, with the exception of the necessary data provided to the delivery courier. By filling in the order form or the register, you give consent to collecting and archiving your orders.

6. Returning the purchased products

Goods purchased in our online store can be returned without providing any reason 7 days from delivery at the latest. They must be sent to the address of KINGRAY s.r.o. in the original packing, complete, unused and undamaged. The transport costs of returning the goods are paid by the customer. We do not accept goods returned by the cash on delivery method. After checking the returned goods, their price is refunded to the customer with no delay.

7. Concluding terms

These Terms of Delivery became effective on March 1, 2010 and cancel any prior terms of delivery. KINGRAY s.r.o. reserves the right to change its terms of delivery without prior notice.

B. Terms of complain

The following Terms of Complain describe the rules of purchasing goods in KINGRAY`s online shop. We strongly recommend you to read them before making your purchase.

COMPLAIN CODE

I. General provisions of the website

The website`s Complain Code describes the ordinary trade relationship between the customer and KINGRAY s.r.o. The customer is obliged to get acquainted with the website`s Complain Code before making and purchase. By accepting the goods from the seller, he/she gives consent with this Complain Code`s providions. The date of goods acceptance is the date of handing the goods to the first courier. The invoice provided by KINGRAY s.r.o. also serves as a certificate of warranty to each purchased good and it contains all data needed for warranty claims (Product name, dispatch date, warranty period, price, quantity and product number if any).
The website`s Complain Code has been elaborated according to the Civil code of the Slovak Republic and the Consumer protection Act. The warranty concerns products stated at the website and purchased from KINGRAY s.r.o. the warranty period of which has not been exceeded. In case of a business customer, making a claim is exercised according to the Commercial Code of the Slovak Republic.
The buyer confirms the product delivery and agrees with the warranty conditions by signing the tax document. If the products are not purchased on the website and not taken from the shop in person, the delivery date is the moment when the buyer takes the products from the courier.

If the buyer notices any difference between the warranty certificate and the delivery receipt, tax document and the delvired goods (type, amount, serial number) or obtains an incorrectly filled in delivery receipt with serial numbers in the shipment, he/she is obliged to contact KINGRAY s.r.o. immediately (24 hours at the latest) in a provable way and demand a solution. Not acting according to these terms may result in the claim not being accepted.

II. Warranty period

The warranty period commences on the delivery date. The dispatch date is written on the warranty certificate/invoice. The general warranty period required by law is 24 months for end consumers. The invoice/warranty certificate contains the warranty period for every product purchased on the website.

III. Warranty conditions

We recommend the buyer to check the conditions of the products immediately at the moment of delivery by the courier and refuse to accept an incomplete or damaged shipment. Damaged or incomplete shipment caused by the courier must be handled directly with the courier company. Inform KINGRAY s.r.o. about this situation at once. In the case of later claims, the buyer shall send the claimed product to the address of KINGRAY s.r.o. The package must be correctly closed and it must contain the claimed product bought on the website including all accessories, copy of the invoice/warranty certificate, the description of the problem and the claimant`s contact information (return address, phone number, e-mail). The claimed product must be returned clean and mechanically undamaged. The transport costs of delivering the claimed product back to the seller are covered by the buyer. The costs of return transport after processing the righful claim are covered by the seller.
The rightful product claim is applicable in case of the following:
material faults, functional errors, production errors.

The warranty is not applicable in case of a damage caused by:
- using the goods purchased on the website not in accordance with their user guides
- natural mechanic depreciation or depreciation from excess intensive usage
- defilement caused by negligence in maintenance and cleaning
- using and storing the product under unsuitable temperature, dustiness, humidity, chemical or mechanical conditions

accidents such as fall or bump

penetration of electric parts by water

repairing/disassembling the device by an unauthorized person

excess voltage caused by e.g. lightning

IV. Claim settlement

If the damage is reparable, necessary repairs will be made and the damaged part will be replaced. The seller is entitled to provide the complaining buyer with the product of the same or similar functioning. If no repair or replacement is possible and the extent of the damage does not hinder the proper usage of the product, the seller and buyer may agree on a reasonable discount from the product price (if a discount is applied, no future complains are accepted). If the claim cannot be settled by any of these ways, the buyer will be provided with a credit note. The seller is obliged to settle the claim without delay, 30 days from the date of claim filing at the latest. By settling the claim, the warranty period is exceeded by the claim settlement time. The seller informs the buyer of the claim settlement either by means of phone, SMS or e-mail and sends the claimed products by post to the address of the buyer.

V. Concluding terms

These Terms of Complain became effective on January 1, 2009 and cancel any prior terms of complain. KINGRAY s.r.o. reserves the right to change its terms of complain without prior notice.
